My name’s Elijah. I’m a Black photographer born in Brooklyn, New York and all of my work is photographed entirely on various decade old film cameras. I really do love taking timeless, cinematic and meaningful portraits of people using natural light and being intentional with the film stocks I pick. Photography is by far my favorite way to connect with and meet people. I’ve been featured by companies such as Kodak, Cinestill, Last Good Film Lab in Los Angeles, Analog Talk Podcast, and have had my work in galleries such as the Carriage Barn in New Canaan, Connecticut.
I moved to Connecticut around 2010 and am now based in both Stamford, CT and New York City. Email me for all inquiries.
